WeGo Analytics is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Our analytics services are provided in strict compliance with the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).

Our handling of all Amazon-provided data complies with the Amazon Data Protection Policy. We implement the following measures:

• Limited Use: Data is used exclusively to provide analytics services to the authorized user and for no other purpose
• Restricted Access: Access to data is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need
• Data Minimization: We only collect and process the minimum data required to deliver our analytics services
• Secure Storage: All data is stored in encrypted form (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit)

4.2 Amazon Selling Partner API Data

With your explicit authorization, we access specific data from your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API to provide our analytics services. This includes:

• Brand Analytics data: Search term analytics, market basket analysis, repeat purchase behavior, top search terms
• Product and listing data: Information about your products and their performance
• Authorization metadata: Technical identifiers needed to maintain API connections

All data accessed via the Selling Partner API is used solely for the purpose of delivering the analytics services you have subscribed to.

We use collected information exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our analytics services
• Generate search term analysis, market basket insights, and repeat purchase reports
• Deliver interactive dashboards displaying your brand's performance
• Process billing and subscription management
• Send service notifications and support communications
• Maintain the security and integrity of our platform
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We never use your data for: advertising, data brokerage, benchmarking with other sellers, market research for third parties, or any purpose other than providing analytics services to you.

• Data Isolation: Each customer's data is stored in a separate logical partition with independent access controls — no data is ever mixed or aggregated with other customers (AUP 4.4)

• Access Controls: Role-based access control (RBAC) limits data access to authorized personnel only
• Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring and anomaly detection on all data access
• Infrastructure: Hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with SOC 2-compliant data centers
• Backup: Encrypted, redundant backups with tested recovery procedures

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Amazon business data with third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose

We never share: Amazon business insights, Brand Analytics data, or derived analytics with any third party, including other Amazon sellers (AUP 4.5).

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Active Accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription to deliver our services
• Cancellation: Upon cancellation, data is retained for a maximum of 30 days to facilitate any transition requests
• Deletion: You may request immediate deletion of all your data at any time. We will delete all Amazon-provided data within 7 business days of your request
• Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or legal process
• Certification: Upon data deletion, we provide written confirmation that all data has been securely erased

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data at any time
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of Consent: Revoke API authorization at any time through your Amazon seller account
