1. Introduction
AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when you use the WeGo Analytics service — our Amazon Brand Analytics platform for selling partners.

Our analytics services are provided in strict compliance with the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).
2. Compliance with Amazon AUP Sections 4.4 and 4.5
AUP Section 4.4 — Data Isolation
We strictly comply with Amazon Acceptable Use Policy Section 4.4: we do not combine or aggregate Brand Analytics data from one authorized user with data from any other authorized user. Each selling partner's data is stored in isolated, dedicated environments.

- No benchmarking data shared between users
- Access controls prevent any data mixing at the application and database layers
AUP Section 4.5 — No Sharing of Amazon Business Insights

- Amazon business insights are never published or disclosed to third parties
- Brand Analytics data is never used for our own commercial purposes
- Derived insights are accessible only to the authorized user who provided the data
- All insights are removed upon termination of service
