1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeGo Analytics service provided by AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WeGo Analytics is an Amazon Brand Analytics service that provides selling partners with data-driven insights including search term analysis, market basket insights, repeat purchase behavior, and top search terms reporting. The Service accesses authorized data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and presents it through interactive dashboards and reports.

WeGo Analytics is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

3. Amazon Compliance Requirements

Your use of the Service is subject to the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), and all applicable Amazon policies and guidelines.

3.1 AUP Section 4.4 — No Cross-User Data Aggregation

WeGo Analytics strictly complies with AUP Section 4.4. We do not combine, aggregate, or otherwise mix data obtained from one authorized user with data from any other authorized user. Each user's Brand Analytics data is stored and processed in isolated, dedicated environments with independent access controls.

3.2 AUP Section 4.5 — No Sharing of Amazon Business Insights

WeGo Analytics strictly complies with AUP Section 4.5. Amazon business insights, Brand Analytics data, and derived analytics are never published, sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party, and are never used for our own commercial purposes. All insights are accessible only to the authorized user who provided the underlying data.

3.3 Data Protection Policy

We handle all Amazon-provided data in full compliance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy, including confidentiality, limited use, restricted access, data minimization, and secure storage requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must have valid Brand Analytics access permissions from Amazon to use the analytics features

5. Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must maintain valid Amazon seller account credentials and Brand Analytics permissions
• You agree to comply with all Amazon policies and marketplace rules
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You must not attempt to access data belonging to other users
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Data Ownership and Use

All Brand Analytics data accessed through our Service remains your property. We use your data solely to provide the analytics services you have subscribed to and do not claim ownership of any of your data. Upon termination of service, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The WeGo Analytics platform, including all software, dashboards, visualizations, design elements, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, violate Amazon policies, or if required to comply with Amazon's policies or applicable law. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
