By accessing or using the WeGo ERP service provided by AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

WeGo ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform designed for Amazon sellers. The Service includes tools for inventory management, order processing, financial reporting, and integration with Amazon's Selling Partner API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Amazon API Integration

Your use of the Service is subject to Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable Amazon policies and guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
